Log a set in three taps.
SETT keeps your last session on screen, catches every personal best on its own, and builds the whole workout for you on the days you cannot face planning one.
Free to use, with no account and no ads. Pro unlocks the AI.
What it does
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Built for the middle of a set, when you have one hand free and thirty seconds before the next one.
Three-tap logging
Your last session sits right there, so you are matching a number rather than remembering one.
Automatic personal bests
Every record is caught and celebrated the moment you hit it. Warm-ups never count towards one.
Rest timer that reaches you
Chimes when the rest is up, and can send a notification so it still works with your phone in your pocket.
Progress you can read
Weekly volume, muscle split, and estimated one-rep max trends. Charts that answer a question.
Syncs through your iCloud
Your history follows you to a new phone. It stays in your own iCloud account, not on our server.
No account, no tracking
No sign-up, no email, no analytics, no ads. Open the app and start lifting.
The bit that is different
Tell it what you have. It writes the session.
Tick the equipment in front of you, say how long you have got, and SETT builds a workout that fits — compounds first, sensible sets and reps for your level, and the right number of exercises for the time.
Circuits work the same way. Describe one in your own words and the interval timer runs it, with chimes and voice cues so you never look at your phone.
It listens to the notes box
You type: "my left shoulder is really sore at the moment"
- → Swaps free-weight pressing for machine pressing, which is easier to control
- → Picks a neutral grip to take strain off the joint
- → Drops overhead work to a light set, with "stop if it aches"
- → Tells you to skip the left side on raises
A real result from the app, not a mock-up. SETT is not a physio though, so if something hurts, stop.
Your library
Filter by the muscle you're training.
Push, pull and legs when you think in splits. Chest, back, biceps, quads and the rest when you think in muscles. Star the lifts you always come back to and they sit at the top.
Add your own exercises when the gym has a machine nobody has heard of.
Pricing
Logging is free. Forever.
No caps on workouts, exercises or history. Pro adds the intelligence on top.

Questions
Before you ask
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no email and no password. Open it and start logging.
Where does my training data live?
On your phone, and in your own iCloud account so it survives a new phone. We cannot see it. The privacy policy spells out the one feature that sends anything off your device.
Does it work without signal?
Logging, timers, charts and your whole library work offline. Only the AI builder needs a connection, and it falls back to a sensible built-in plan without one.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Pro exports your full history as a CSV that opens in Numbers or Excel.
Kilograms or pounds?
Either, and you can set it per exercise if your gym mixes them.
